Initiated the “Sindh Research Incubation Center” with the Information, Science and Technology Department of Sindh in May 2018. This project offered a co-working space at IBA together with utilities, seed capital, access to investors and trainings in the domain of ICT. The objective is to ensure the growth for early stage IT enabled product ideas by providing domain specific mentorship and investment opportunities.

This Project is a component of the overall capacity building of Sindh Secretariat employees to develop Computer Literacy in Government employees. Under this project, 1141 Sindh Secretariat employees from different departments are being trained. This would not only ensure more efficiency in the Sindh Government departments but also increase productivity in an effective manner.

Heading and managing the project to train 350 participants in high technology courses. course outline has been designed of different high-tech courses of this program in such a way that the students will end up studying most up-to-dated course content and will be having hands-on experience on different tools. The course content is designed in such a way that it will not only be used in IBA but should also be taught in entire Pakistan.

Heading and executing a government sponsored Youth Skills Development Program in collaboration with Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Human Resource Research & Development Board for the past 5 years. The objective of this program is not only to develop the much-needed potential of our young people to avail the money-making opportunities but also create uncountable number of jobs by turning the beneficiaries’ future entrepreneurs. This is one of such programs that focuses on developing human resource in Sindh by empowering youth (aged between 18-35 years) with employable skill sets. After the completion of the batches the participants enhanced their digital skills and many participants started to earn from home by freelancing. Furthermore, many of the students were from underprivileged families, hence it was extremely helpful when the students financially assisted their families.

Designed and organized several diploma programs including Diploma in Big Data Analytics, Diploma in ERP, Diploma in Information Security, Diploma in IT Entrepreneurship, and Diploma in Digital Marketing for industry professionals.

Provided consultancy for the Project of Alumni Database Management System, SMS Solution, Online Donation & Business Intelligence for BUITEMS Quetta. This project was funded by Japan International Corporation Agency

Leading the teams of IBA Sukkur & IBA Karachi and providing complete cloud computing solution for ERP Financials, HCM & Disaster Recovery Site.

Leading the project of Oracle BI implementation at IBA Karachi. The implementation was completely done in-house by IBA’s team. It is a very much effective trend analysis and decision making tool. this project got completed on Jan 2015.

Leading the Functional & Technical team for HRMS. HRMS has Recruitment, Attendance, Leave Management, Performance Appraisal, Publication and Unit Modules. This project got completed on July 2014.

Leading the team of Consultants, Project Manager & Operational Users for the establishment of Tier III Compliance Data Center in IBA that caters all the requirements of IBA. This is one of the unique initiatives taken by any university in Pakistan. This project got completed in September 2013.

Development of a mini Facebook and interactive interfaces for online database update, funds generation and engagement activities.
